A LOST LOVED ONE? There are hundreds of thousands of people in the world looking for lost loved ones, and so many ways of searching for them. There are not only many different types of searches, but many different ways of searching for people. Let's take the easiest example first, and of course it would have to be the phone book. Not hard, huh? And if you cant find them there, go to the next step. Which is, in some cases possibly to ask anyone that is still in contact with them. or was in contact with them recently and so on, you work your way up the ladder until you find them. The internet can be an extremely good resource. And not just by checking for someone's e-mail, because there are some people out there who are not even computer literate! (Can you imagine...?) But some people leave a paper trail of documents behind them, which are easily accessed. Here are some examples of the types of searches we are able to perform:
